A chocolate battle that we will never forget. Contestants put their skills to the test to compete for the title of World Finalist. With their unique pairings and designs, these SHARE THE FUN creations were nothing short of breathtaking.
This assignment was no walk in the park. Contestants were asked to create a playful and tasty chocolate dessert to be shared between 6 people. This delight would serve as a gift one would bring to dinner. Which of these sharing desserts would you like to try?
Mosaic Puzzle

A harmonious blend of flavours and textures inspired by Spain in the shape a delicate shell. The heart of the creation is a smooth heart of ganache crafted with Cacao Barry Alunga milk chocolate.
The Battle

In this creation, walnuts and apples meet the ideal bitterness of Cacao Barry Équateur in an interactive dessert with a playful character in its textures and design.

This Jumanji-inspired dessert is an adventure of textures and flavours all at once. The strong cocoa notes of Cacao Barry's Alunga match the tangy strawberries. The strawberry and basil complete the taste profile for a smooth bite.
