The South East European National Selection was display of pure talent

4 chefs kicked off an exciting chocolate competition. One of them received the ultimate prize: the title of World Finalist.

Anna Gerasi, the jury president, and the incredible chefs who acted as jury members decided that the creations of Marinel Bejan deserved the first place in this competition.

Marinel stole the hearts and minds of the jury with creations that put taste above all, yet still captivated with stunning designs, pairings, and textures. He took the theme "Play!" and represented it an a skillfully creative way.

What's next? Marinel Bejan will be competing in the World Final of World Chocolate Masters 2025 for a chance to win the ultimate chocolate battle in the name of South East Europe.
