Tommaso Grollero entered Italy’s WCM National Selection and took home the title of World Finalist. He won over the jury with his playful approach and delicious ingredient combinations.

During his performance, Tomasso convinced the jury members with a mix of intense chocolate flavours, like that of Cacao Barry’s Alunga or Madirofolo milk and dark chocolates.

Futuristic shapes and designs took over all of his creations. Along with bold flavour expressions like mango and mandarine, they represented a playful take on the WCM theme: Play!
