In a couple of days, the first National Selection of this edition of World Chocolate Masters will take place in Italy. The four talented contestants that will enter this chocolate battle are Francesco Maggio, Tommaso Grollero, Mohammed Elkourik, and Eris Mone. These chefs will be competing for the title of Italian World Finalist, and will be presenting their exciting creations before a prestigious panel.

Presided by Matteo Berti, Academic Director of ALMA, the jury consists of experienced culinary professionals including: Silvia Federica Boldetti, Freelance Pastry Chef; Frank Haasnoot, Dutch pastry chef; and last but not least Anna Gerasi, pastry chef and Italian World Finalist in WCM 2022.
