Passionate about culinary competitions for over two decades, Eero is driven by his love for sugar and chocolate creations. When he was 18, he represented Finland in the World Skills Competition. Eero is an integral part of Fazer Group Retail R&D team, committed to delivering creations that can match or exceed your imagination. He dedicates this year’s competition to his late mentor.
