Awarded the title of “Best Pastry Chef in the Netherlands”, Carlo has been part of countless competitions in this country. As an accomplished bakery chef, he has participated in multiple culinary shows through the years and has even been a jury member in some of them. Carlo’s wide experience in the art of chocolate crafting includes 3D chocolate printing.
