Travelcake - Matimi by Maurizio Frau

Italian Chocolate Master Maurizio Frau created an elegantly looking cake, complete with futuristic geometry. For his creation, he used locally sourced ingredients like mascarpone and orange. This return to the roots will be key in preserving our planet. Ingredients: Orange, Cacao Barry Plein Arôme 100%, Cacao Barry Blanc Satin 29%, Cacao Barry Or Noir 67%, Vanilla, Mascarpone Cheese.
