Meet the finalists
The design by chocolate chef Jacky Lung is a combination of machinery and nature. The two are in perfect balance inside a hollow structure. Imbued with Mayan themes and pure cocoa essence that can never be overruled by any tech. The chef is telling us that even as we are building a new world, we should never forget our roots.
A straight-shooter. A chocolate cake made with cacao tea, Cacao Barry Saint Domingo 70% dark chocolate, pecan nuts, and citrus.
Cacao Barry Fleur de Cacao 70% dark chocolate, citrus fruits, and a star anise ganache with hints of almond flavour.
