This unique street food concept is inspired by a cathedral in Ivan Pascual's hometown; It's made with a 65-year old-machine. Inside is a mousse of yogurt & raspberry, vanilla and Cacao Barry Blanc Satín™ 29%. The Spanish Chocolate Master avoided using water to give this piece of art an even longer lifespan.
