This skilled pastry chef has over nine years of experience making desserts and chocolates. He represented China in the 2017 WorldSkills Competition and earned 5th place and a Medal of Excellence. After, Lyu coached China’s national team, successfully training gold and silver medalists in confectionery and patisserie. In 2023, the chef claimed victory at Italy's The World Trophy of Professional Tiramisu. Renowned for infusing local ingredients into chocolate, he seeks to innovate always drawing inspiration from his culture to create unique flavours.
