4 incredibly talented chefs battled. 1 was crowned the winner. Poland witnessed how important it is to Play! around with textures and flavours to create a sensorial experience with chocolate.
Jury President, Helena Fleglova and her jury members had a tough job when it came down to tasting and evaluating each assignment in detail.
Łukasz Roguski, Anna Siwiec-Kaczmarczyk, Jakub Janiuk, and Karol Plachta were at the top of their game every second of this thrilling battle to the top. We saw inspiring pairings and designs that not only looked good but were good for the body, for the planet, and amazing for the taste buds!
Multi-chocolate creations took the spotlight, and citrus fruits and liqueurs were used as main ingredients more than a couple of times. And although many wonderful creations competed against each other, only one of the contestants could take home the ultimate title: Polish World Finalist. Congratulations are in order for Łukasz Roguski, the chef who will be representing Poland in the WCM World Final in 2025!
