Following his heart, Issam chose to become a pastry chef when he was 20 years old. A couple of years later, he began his career, jumping from milestone to milestone as time went by. Today, he is responsible for the Nour Délice shop in Morocco and continues to work hard to become a world-renowned pastry chef.
