Bakery and chocolate are his passion. Currently chief of production for the Johann Dubois artisan chocolatery, Antoine works with not only taste, but also beauty in mind. Throughout his career, he has pushed himself to be part of multiple contests, challenging himself and his craft. Antoine is inspired by this year’s theme to grow as a chef — a way to imagine tomorrow and discover how to create it today.
